Exploration Dives
In order to provide you with the best diving experience, we offer full-day diving trips with a surface interval of at least three hours between the two dives.
We visit around 10 dive sites, all located within 20 minutes of the island, including:
-
The "Dieppoise" shipwreck : A French warship sunk in 1988 at a depth of 25 meters, La Dieppoise is home to barracudas, jacks, groupers and colourful nudibranches. The wheelhouse and gangways leading to the main rooms are easily accessible.
-
The «Toho 5» shipwreck : A japanese longliner sunk in 2000. Groupers and jacks have already settled around the wreck. Although less colonised than the Dieppoise, it offers two dives in one as the Toho 5 is located close to the Tabou reef.
Maximum depth: 25 meters. -
The Boulari pass (outer reef slope) : not only famous for its manta rays, which regularly feed in the pass, but also for its schools of grey sharks, white-tipped reef sharks and pelagic species which are often spotted on the site.
-
The Boulari pass (inner reef slope) : carried along by a gentle current, you’ll meet stingrays, white-tipped reef sharks, sand eels, as well as countless species of small reef creatures.
-
The Sournois reef : A reef reaching up to 5 meters below the surface, it is home to a variety of species and many fish schools. White-tipped sharks rest on the sandy bottom at a depth of approximately 20 meters.
